The Northeast QBN DECO-TWISTING chapter will be the first of its kind, with an emphasis on Education. Didn't have a chance to register for the World Balloon Convention by the Early-bird Deadline of February 20? You're in luck, because the Early-bird Deadline has been extended until FRIDAY, MARCH 5! Now you have two more
