Step 1: Inflate a Goldenrod 260 leaving a 6 inch tip. Make a 1 1/2 inch bubble, and two 2 inch bubbles. Lock twist the two 2-inch bubbles.

Step 2: Pull the knot through the front of the two 2-inch bubbles. Make a pinch twist at the base.

Step 3: Make a three 4-inch bubble roll through.

Step 4	Finished Bulb

Step 4: With the remainder of the balloon make 2 ears and a pinch twist. Get rid of any remainder.

Step 6: Inflate 2 more Goldenrod 260s leaving 4 inch tips. Make two 3-inch bubbles on the ends of each of the balloons and lock twist them together.

Step 7: You want to bring the two bubbles in, in front of the ears.

Step 8: Make bobbles for the tops of the horns. Spiral twist the two balloons to make it’s neck.

Step 9: Inflate one more Goldenrod 260 leaving a 4-inch tip. Wrap around the persons head and use the rest to make a tail and a pinch twist.

Step 10: Find the center of the hat base.

Step 11: Twist the neck of the Giraffe into the center of the hat base.

Step 12: Under-inflate a white 5-inch round about the size of a ping pong ball.

Step 13: Twist the 5 inch round in half and insert under one of the 3 inch bubbles on the face. Add artwork. Watch the crowd go nuts!
