If you can't get your password to work, you can't remember your password, or you never actually received a password, we can help. We can't tell you what your old password was, but we can send a new one to the email address that we have on file for you. We will only email a new password to the email address we have listed for you. This ensures that no one else will be able to get a password to edit your information.
You should receive email within a few minutes of
submitting your request for a new password. If you do not get a response
quickly, it might mean that the email address we have on file is incorrect
and we are unable to reach you. In that case, or for any other problems
you are having getting logged in, write to BHQ-Admin@balloonhq.com.
