Kids of all ages love this hat! Hope you do too.
|Step 1||Step 2||Step 3|
Step 1: Inflate a Rose 260q leaving a half inch tip. Wrap it around the child’s head and twist forming a loop. Make a pinch twist. Use the remaining balloon to form a loop for the tail. Set aside.
Step 2: Inflate another Rose 260q leaving a 1 inch tip. Make three 3 to 4 inch bubbles, do a roll through.
Step 3: Make a pinch twist and set aside.
|Step 4||Finished Bulb|
Step 4: Inflate the tip of a Black 260q about 5 – 6 inches. Make a small pinch twist.
Step 5: Roll the pinch twist around the front of the face.
Step 6: Make a 1 inch bubble, tie a knot about 3/8 of an inch from the bubble. Pull both knots until they are very small.
|Step 7||Step 8|
Step 7: Twist the yellow balloon in half and slide it into the face.
Step 8: Twist the tip of the balloon that is the head and neck of the balloon into the tail. I know this seems backward. Make an arch tall enough to go up and over the hat base. If the neck seems too short then stretch the balloon before twisting it to the hat base. Make a large pinch twist to help hold the neck up.
Shape the neck. If you’re in a pinch and don’t have the time to make the yellow eye, you can draw it on instead!
