If you can't get your password to work, you can't remember your password, or you never actually received a password, we can help. We can't tell you what your old password was, but we can send a new one to the email address that we have on file for you. We will only email a new password to the email address we have listed for you. This ensures that no one else will be able to get a password to edit your information.
You should receive email within a few minutes of submitting your request for a new password. If you do not get a response quickly, it might mean that the email address we have on file is incorrect and we are unable to reach you.
