of BALLOONS & Parties Magazine by our newly formed company, Partilife
Publications, L.L.C.  We are sure many of you know of BALLOONS & Parties
Magazine as being the first and foremost independent voice in the balloon
and party industry.  With the help of our readers and advertisers, we look
forward to restoring the luster to this inventive and landmark publication
with a renewed focus on the balloon industry.

Now that the final touches are being made on our premier issue of BALLOONS &
Parties Magazine, we look forward to hearing from you.  Please send us your
photographs, articles, innovations, sightings, and anything else you'd like
to see in  your magazine.  We would like to offer a special subscription
price to readers of BHQ - one year for $24.95 (reg. $29.95)  two years for
$49.95 (reg. $55.00).  Canadian and foreign rates will be higher.   Please
