Indeed I do... Tape #12 in BRUCE WALDEN'S BALLOON SCHOOL series is called
"Balloons on Parade" and it details Jim & Pat Skistimas' creation of 15
Balloon Floats for a Christmas Parade. I think it's the best tape in the
series and I'm sure you'll get a ton of ideas from it. If you have any
