Dawn dedicated 25 years to her career as a hairdresser before deciding it was time for a new chapter. With a lifelong passion for balloons, she began exploring the art of balloon design through YouTube tutorials. Her oldest daughter, Brianna, a naturally talented artist, made the perfect creative partner, making it only fitting for them to join forces.

With the support of a close friend with valuable industry connections, they successfully navigated the early stages of their business journey. Although the challenges of COVID-19 presented unexpected setbacks, their resilience has fueled a strong comeback.
